Today's Workout!

Leg Day A
3 sets of 10 leg presses
Put child on shins, lay on back and press shins up
You can do 10 lifts to Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack fell down and broke his crown and Jill came tumbling after, Jill came tumbling after!

In between sets do
50 sit ups with child still on shins up in the air. Be sure to keep abs tight and breathe! (3 sets of these as well)
3 sets of 10 quad presses

Put child on top of your feet and hold their hands as you lift them in the air using your quads.

In between sets do
10 tummy lifts
Put child on your lap. Put hands behind you on the floor and knees pointing up. Use your arms to lift your lower body and stomach off the ground. (Similar to a crab soccer pose) Keep gluts tight as you raise your body.
20 lunges hold child on your shoulders or back as you step forward with your left foot and touch your right knee to the ground, then step with your right foot and touch your left knee to the ground. (10 lunges with each foot leading)

In between sets
10 Overs/Unders
Make a bridge with your body facing down and putting your hands and feet on the ground and raising your booty into the air to make space underneath. Have your child crawl under you 10 times. For unders, lay flat on the ground and have your child leap over you 10 times.

Cardio Exercise
Use a step or small chair to get in your cardio! Your child can do these steps right along side you.
Do 3 sets of the following:
Jump up with both feet on to the step 20 times.
Step up with your right foot, then bring your left foot up on the step, put the right foot down and then left foot down 20 times with each foot leading.
Play "I'm gonna get you" and chase your child until you can catch him/her and then let him/her chase you1
