Workout 2 Arms

Use a table to help you get a killer arm work out.

Do 10 pushups with your arms at table height holding on th the table. Sing "London Bridges" while your child races underneath you as many times as they can. Repeat for three sets.
During rest, face away from the table with your hands on the edge of the table. Lower your body and push up with your arms like an inverted push up. Put your child on your lap for a fun ride. Chant "bouncin' up and down in my little red wagon, bouncin up and down in my little red wagon, bouncin' up and down in my little red wagon, won't you be my darlin!" Repeat three times.

If you have stairs in your house run up and down 10 times for three sets to get a good cardio workout. Have your little one count as you run to see how quickly you can get up and down.
If you don't have stairs, run in place while your child is watching their favorite show. Try to keep up your pace for 15 minutes.

Biceps-Have your child lay on the floor and lift them by both feet with your arms close to your body for 10 reps, 3 sets. l
While your biceps are resting. Pick up your child and curl them by letting them lie across your arms as you pull them closer to you. 3 sets of 10

Depending on the size of your child, you may have to modify the way you hold your child. With my four year old, I lift her in a sitting position above my head and repeat 10 times for three sets.

Do 10 lumberjacks- lie on your stomach pull both legs underneath you and and push legs back out for 1. Do three sets in between child lifts.
